CoreField Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the CoreField Sourcing website and the inquiry form. They do not create a construction contract, a dealer appointment, or a promise that any factory will accept a project.

What the desk does

CoreField Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The service collects a business buyer’s building requirements and forwards comparison questions to potential suppliers of alternative products. A submission is a request for quotations and documents. It is not an order, and it does not reserve production capacity.

What the desk does not do

The service does not manufacture buildings, does not claim a factory, and does not claim authorized dealer status for kirby building systems or any other brand. Pages that mention a brand do so because buyers search that name. Mention is not affiliation and not an offer to sell that brand’s products.

Engineering acceptance stays with the buyer and the licensed professionals the buyer appoints. Code compliance, permits, foundation design and site safety are not decided by this website. IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472 and ISO 9001 appear only as document names a supplier may be asked to identify.

Quotations and scope

Numbers returned by suppliers are theirs. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey descriptions must be read with their exclusions. CoreField Sourcing does not publish a percentage saving and does not warrant that one quotation is the low project cost. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer instructions. They are not verified ratings and not a condition of sending the form.

Buyer responsibilities

You agree to provide information you have a right to share, including project location and technical criteria. You will not present this site as the brand you researched. You will review drawings and contracts before award. If a field is unknown, leave it unknown rather than inventing a load or a dimension.

Text on this site is for procurement preparation. It is not a specification for a particular address. Catalog names are inquiry labels. They are not a statement of stock. Site illustrations do not establish stock, a factory relationship or a completed CoreField Sourcing project.

Liability limit

To the extent the law allows, CoreField Sourcing is not liable for supplier delay, price change, drawing error, freight damage, or a permit decision. Nothing on the site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
