CoreField Sourcing Privacy Policy
This policy describes how CoreField Sourcing handles information typed into the inquiry form and the comment form. It is written for business contacts discussing a building project, not for consumer account profiles.
Information you submit
The form asks for a name, work email, optional phone, company, destination country, an inquiry focus, and a requirements narrative. If you use the optional fields, the browser can also send a product name, a budget amount or range, a currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those optional items are added to the requirements text at submit time. They are not a separate customer database of ratings.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand the building use, quantity, destination, timing and scope, and to ask suppliers for comparable quotations and documents. It may be shared with suppliers you ask us to approach and with advisors who help prepare the comparison. It is not sold as a marketing list.
What not to send
Do not submit payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or passwords. Technical files that contain another company’s confidential drawings should be sent only if you have the right to share them. The form has no upload control. If a drawing must travel, wait for a channel agreed after the brief is reviewed.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are kept long enough to run the comparison and to answer a follow-up about the same brief. You may ask, through the same email you used, what contact fields we hold and request a correction. Some notes may remain where a supplier has already received them, because that copy is no longer only on this desk.
Cookies and the support notice
The site stores a first-display time for the sourcing-support notice in local storage and a session flag if you close the ticker. Those values control whether the notice is shown. They are not used to build an advertising profile. The notice window is not restarted by deleting the explanation of eligibility.
Contact about privacy
Privacy questions go through the contact form. There is no separate privacy mailbox published on this page. Include the work email you used on the original brief so the record can be found.
